1974
After graduating from Trine University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Russ Felderman opens Felderman Construction Inc.
1975
Hiner Transportation is the first project completed by Felderman Construction Inc. Huntington, IN.
1975
C&C Oil is constructed.
1976
Felderman Construction Inc. on site.

Our Sunday Visitor breaks ground on a new facility in Huntington, IN.

Wertenberger Tire's new showroom and shop is completed in Huntington, IN.

Russ Felderman wins his first half a million dollar award.

Schenkel's Dairy is completed in Huntington, IN.

Fort Wayne Orthopedics is completed.

Russ Felderman is given a 10 million dollar award from Butler.

Felderman Design-Build worked with Steininger Development to construct the Jefferson Medical Park.
1990
General Petroleum in Fort Wayne, IN.
1992
Peg Perego under construction in Fort Wayne, IN.
1997
Russ Felderman is declared the Builder of the Year by Butler.
1997
Felderman Construction Inc. becomes Felderman Design- Build.
1998
Vorderman Motor Werks groundbreaking.

DeBrand Fine Chocolates
selects Felderman Design-Build to construct a new headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN.

InSite Real Estate awards Felderman Design-Build the contract to build a 660,100 sq.ft. Rubbermaid manufaturing facility in Winfield, KS.
2008
Felderman Design-Build wins Builder of the Year from Butler.
2012
Felderman Design-Build is once again awarded a contract by InSite Real Estate to build an additional 500,000 sq.ft. Rubbermaid facility in Winfield, KS.
2013
